Rebecca McLafferty's INTENTIONAL HEIRS quickly became an "I couldn't put it down" read. A cast of interesting characters on an alpaca ranch and nearby small town in Montana mixed romance, suspense, and fast action to pull me to the last page. And though it made perfect sense, I didn't see that surprise ending the author pulled off at the last minute. A thoroughly enjoyable read.

The first book in Rebecca McLafferty's Sunrise Crik series introduces us to a wonderfully eclectic band of characters. A bit of romance woven through a story of intrigue, adventure, faith, and healing set in picturesque Montana will keep you turning pages.

Rebecca McLafferty's new book, Intentional Heirs, is a wonderful book, fast moving, engaging, full of surprises, and even some romance. I love that she added quirky characters and some alpacas to round out the story. I am looking forward to reading the second book in the series.

[T]he storyline grabbed me from the very beginning . . . I really LOVE the double storyline in this book. Toni and Sam are busy with their work and investigating the major events on their jobs, yet they still find time to invest in their relationship. I really LOVE that Sam tries to connect with Toni's son, even though the son is not fond of Sam. The book is fast paced and very action filled and I loved the intrIgue within the story. Romance, faith, and suspense are contained in this book. I HIGHLY recommend this book. GREAT BOOK!

The main characters are strong and grow stronger as they meet each new disaster and challenge Rebecca brings to life in her novel INTENTIONAL FIRES. The character's struggles make them feel like personal friends. The thread of family history, unity, joy, and pain makes this novel a rich read for me . . . I love this novel; it has inspired my soul. Relatable characters and plot, clean and entertaining fiction that surprised me!

Rebecca McLafferty's second book in the Sunrise Crik series is "Intentional Fires," a Christian romantic suspense novel. Centering around a widowed Christmas tree farm owner, Toni Stevens, and her fiancé, Sam Duncan, a Forest Service special agent, will keep you reading. From the moment I began reading this book, I could not put it down. I loved getting to know the characters throughout the pages, and the storyline took twists and turns that kept me reading. With a determination and resiliency you have to admire, the family dynamics add a wonderful dimension to this story. While I believe reading the first book in the series would be beneficial, I also think you could read this book on its own.

RE: DEVOTIONS FOR COUNTRY LIVING: PRAYER-ENRICHED FIELDS
I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It reminded me of my in-laws' farm life. The author is observant and reverent as she connects God to nature, with short, meaningful chapters and inspirational thoughts. Thanks for writing it!
